She died the way she lived, on her own terms. Ann Markham Graves, age 78, cried out to the Lord to take her. On June 23rd, He came.
Ann Graves, born Annie Mae Hardin, was no stranger to hard work. She always had her hand in something, but excelled at crunching numbers as a bookkeeper, which is what she chose as a career for most of her life.
Please join her cherished children: Elaine West (Larry), Buddy Hart (Vicki) Debbie Ward, Donna McGrath (Pat) and Tracy Utley (Michael), along with her loving siblings: Janie Roland, Mary Lee Laster, Gary Hardin, Charles Hardin, James Hardin, and David Hardin, along with her 13 lively grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren, as they receive friends and family for the visitation on Thursday, June 25 from 5-8 p.m., at George A. Smith and Sons North Chapel. The funeral will take place Friday, June 26th at 11 a.m., at George A. Smith and Sons North Chapel, with Interment following at Highland Memorial Gardens. Her beloved grandsons: Andy West, Jason Ward, Patrick McGrath, Joseph McGrath, Jack Utley, Charlie Utley, Harry Utley and George Utley will all serve as Pallbearers
