Mrs. Peggy M. Perkins, age 90, of Cedartown, GA formerly of Jackson, MS passed away on November 12, 2014. Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 15 from 11:00 – 1:00 pm at Lakewood Funeral Home followed by funeral services at 1:00 pm. Interment will follow at Lakewood Memorial Park. Peggy Miles Perkins was born on January 16, 1924 in Greenwood, MS. She was one of eight daughters and a son born to Herman Miles and Clydella Cobb Miles. She worked in banking as a loan officer for many years. Peggy was active in her church and loved playing cards. Mrs. Perkins is survived by her daughters, Gloria Odom and Debbie Braswell.
