Patricia "Pat" was born in E. St. Louis, Illinois, January 1, 1938. She played the piano and taught school for several years in the Jackson Public Schools. Pat was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Bill Benton, son, Danny Benton. She is survived by her 2 brothers, Mark and Gary; son, David Benton; grandchildren, William, Daniel, Andrea, and Megan and 5 great grandchildren. A pavillion service will be held Thursday, March 13, 2025 at 2:00 at Lakewood Memorial Park, 6000 Clinton Blvd, Jackson MS. 39209.
