Mary Frances McLeod

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Saturday February 23, 2013 in Chapel of Wright and Ferguson Funeral Home on High St. Visitation will be Friday between the hours of 5 and 8 PM and after 10 AM Saturday. Interment will follow the service in Lakewood Cemetery.

Born in Georgetown, MS, Mrs. Mcleod made her home in Jackson before moving to Florence 25 years ago. She worked at Sears for thirty five years as Head Cashier. She was a member of First Baptist Church Florence where was President of The Esther Sunday School Class. She loved to Cook, Garden, and tend to her flowers. She leaves behind a host of friends.

Survivors include her daughters Dianne Cauthen (Rick) and Becky Bobbs (Billy); two sisters, Vondell Vandenberg of Tampa, FL and Johnnie Faye Holman of Evansville, IN; her brother Paul Mullins (Ann) of Jackson.; grandchildren, Johnny Mullins, Jason Bobbs, Daniel and Rachael Dollar; three great- granddaughters, Abagail Bobbs, Anna and Kate Dollar.
