Rita Cook, 87, died Monday December10, 2012 at home. Funeral services will be 11:30am Friday December 14, 2012 at Galloway United Methodist Church preceded by visitation at 10:00am. Burial will follow in Lakewood Memorial Park.
Survivors include her daughter, Retta Boyd (Scott); sons, Bart Cook and Scott Cook; and grandson, Christopher.
