A pavilion service for Frances will be held Saturday, December 17, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Lakewood Memorial Park, 6000 Clinton Blvd., Jackson, Mississippi 39209.
Frances worked for Consumer Credit for 23 years and upon retirement she continued to serve beside her husband Rev. Forrest L. Langley in his Ministry.
Frances is preceded in death by her parents, L.B. Kelly,Sr and Cynthia Kelly; husbands, Leroy Sanders and Rev. Forrest L. Langley; daughter, Kathy Gardiner; brothers, L.B. Kelly Jr. and A.R. Kelly; sister, Mary K. Ainsworth. She is survived by step-daughter, Lynette Williams; nephew, Sandy Ainsworth and nieces, Nancy Mayo, Karen Cade and Wanda Fisher.
