A graveside service for Carleys will be held Wednesday, March 5, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Lakewood Memorial Park, 6000 Clinton Blvd., Jackson, Mississippi 39209.
Carleys was born to the late James Kenneth and Margie Adams Walley in 1935. She was a technician for ATT and retired after 35 years. She was a former member of Alta Woods Baptist Church.
Carleys was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Arthur Burns; son, Bobby Burns and two sisters. She is survived by her son, Richard Burns (Maureen); one grandchild and three great-grandchildren.
