Mr. Gladstone "Butch" Ellis Williams, Jr. - 69 - a native and longtime resident of Clinton, MS died Saturday, July 9, 2016. Butch was a 1964 Graduate of Clinton High School and a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi. He served with the volunteer fire department in Clinton and was the owner of Williams Plumbing Service. Butch was an avid duck hunter and fisherman.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Gladstone Williams, Sr. and Nancy Neal Williams; and sister, Nancy Cahill. Survivors include his children, Joel Ellis Williams (Daphne), Catherine Leigh Davis, and Anne Williams Suber (Jeffery) and their mother, Angela D. Williams; one grandson, Blane Ellis Williams.
Visitation will be held at Lakewood Memorial Funeral Home Tuesday, July 12 from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. with a memorial service in the funeral home chapel at 6 p.m.
