Bonnie K. Berry

Bonnie K. Berry,82, passed away on Saturday, July 4, 2020 in Brandon, MS. Visitation will be on Tuesday, July 7, 2020 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Lakewood Funeral Home with a service to follow at 2:00 pm. Interment at Lakewood Memorial Park.

She was born in Polkville, MS to the late Alfred and Annette Slay Wallace. She was a member of Raymond Road Baptist Church in Jackson, MS. Bonnie retired in 2001 as Chief Dental Assistant in Faculty Practice at UMMC School of Dentistry. Bonnie was an excellent baker and enjoyed cooking. She enjoyed painting watercolors with her best friend, Jackie DeMauro. Bonnie also enjoyed playing golf with her husband Bill and friends, Rod and Sally Baker and Tony and Jackie DeMauro. She enjoyed traveling far and wide with her husband and friends. She was a talented seamstress making her daughter's wedding dress. Bonnie spent numerous hours in her vegetable garden and flower beds. She was happiest spending time with her daughters, grandsons and friends.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her husband, William Berry; parents; siblings, Gladys Bennett, Myra Robinson, James Wallace, Doylene Wallace and Larry Wallace. She is survived by her children, Dianne Taylor ( Robert ), Donna Adkinson, Tabitha Batton; brother, Walter "Buddy" Wallace; grandsons, William Batton, Jr. and Walker Batton; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
