Of Springport, passed away October 8, 2024 age 78. He is survived by two children, Rob (Ken) Julson-Romelhart and Jodie (Bob Ebersol) Romelhart, two grandsons and several great grandchildren, one brother, Jim Romelhart, two sisters, Nancy Romelhart and Linda Walbridge. Preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Sarah and his parents, Orville and Mary Romelhart. Robert served in the U.S. Air Force during Vietnam and retired from General Motors. A celebration of his life will be held at Burden & Patience-Montgomery Funeral Home (1806 E. Michigan Ave. Jackson, MI 49202) on Monday October 14, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. Burial with Military Honors in Campbell Cemetery. Visitation Monday 12:00 P.M. until service time.
