Pamela Sue Underwood

Of Jackson, passed away on Friday, December 9, 2022 at the age of 66, under the kind and compassionate care of the staff at Henry Ford Hospice Home. She is survived by her two children, Charlie (Lisa) Lounsbery and Lisa (Jeff) Ostrander; eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren and one on the way; sisters, Marcia (Delbert) Pond and Cheryl Baldwin as well as many nieces, nephews, loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Thomas Lounsbery and her second husband, Tom Underwood; sisters, Mary Roark and Linda Hawes; father, Harold Schweikert; mother, Lila Trumble and step-father, Leonard Trumble. Pam was born in Adrian, Michigan on May 19, 1956. She is a 1974 Graduate of Vandercook Lake High School. She married Thomas Lounsbery in 1976 and she raised a family. After her children were grown she was employed at the Bake-A-Teria, Granada Apartments and NCO until her retirement in 2016. She was extremely talented at crocheting and enjoyed going to classic car shows. She was a loving homemaker, wife, mother and grandmother. She touched the hearts of many and will be greatly missed. The family will receive friends for visitation on Saturday, December 17, 2022 from 3:00 until 7:00 p.m. According to her wishes cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Henry Ford Hospice Home.
