Of Stockbridge, Michigan passed away at home surrounded by comforting family on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at the age of 74. She will be remembered by her loving husband, Kenneth Cooper Sr.; son, Kenneth Cooper Jr.; grandchildren, Marissa, Ericah, Brenna, Kara, Hannah, Amber, and Kendra; sister, Karen Jurewicz; and great-grandchildren, Izayah, Olivia, RJ, Paisley, and Hunter. She is preceded in death by her parents, Don Hoch and Lilian (Hayball) Hoch; daughter, Rebecca Cooper; and great-granddaughter, Luna Roze.
Norma was born on December 20, 1949 to Don and Lilian Hoch in Jackson, Michigan. She graduated from Jackson High School where she met the love of her life, Kenneth Cooper Sr. They later married and spent 51 years together. In life, Norma took pride in being a loving wife, mama, grandmother, great-grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend. She enjoyed bowling and had a love for pizza, ice cream, and the Food Channel. She could often be found watching her favorite soap operas.
According to Norma's wishes, cremation has taken place and services are to be scheduled for a later date.
