Merlin H. Hellmann

Of Hillsdale, Michigan passed away on April 5, 2025, at the age of 80. Merlin was born on June 15, 1944 in Plainfield, Wisconsin to parents Herbert and Marion Hellmann. Merlin worked at Jacobson's Warehouse in Jackson for 20+ years. He also attended Mt. Hope Church in Jackson and was the author of many religious poems which were later published ("Son Rays of Hope"). Merlin is survived by his children Timothy Hellmann, Sharon Saint-Hilaire, and Daniel Hellmann; grandchildren Jaren Hellmann, Noah Hellmann, Tasiana Saint-Hilaire, Clarisa Hellmann, Cedrick Saint-Hilaire, Isaac Hellmann, and Shalena Saint-Hilaire; and brother David Hellmann. He is preceded in death by his parents Herbert and Marion Hellmann. A celebration of Merlin's life will be held summer 2025 at Vandercook Lake Bible Methodist Church.
