Judy Ann Southwell

Of Jackson, passed away at home surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, September 1, 2016 at the age of 64. Judy was born to Claude and Patricia McCluer on June 30, 1952 in Jackson. She married David Southwell on December 30, 1987 in Jackson. Judy was, by trade, a cook and a waitress. She was a strong courageous woman who has gone to be with our Lord after surviving six years with cancer. Judy was very family oriented and never missed a family event. Nothing was more important than her husband and family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Judy is survived by beloved husband of twenty-eight years, David Southwell; children: Kyle (Amy) Allen, Amy (Bruce) Linsday, Julia (Damon) Canty, Shayne (Carrie) Allen, and Daisy (Michael) Georgopoulos; fourteen grandchildren; siblings: Gordon (Sandy) McClure, Mary (Randy) Jecks, Debi (Mike) Converse, Kathy (Gary) Dubois, Joe (Pam) Martin, and John (Sheila) Martin; also many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents. Per her wishes, cremation has been chosen. A celebration of Judy’s life will be held on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at 1:00 pm at the funeral home with visitation from 12:00 pm until time of service.
