Of Jackson, passed away at the age of 69 on Friday, November 16, 2018 while under the kind and compassionate care of the staff at the Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice Home. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her two husbands, Doug Moon and David Kaiser as well as her brother, Rodney Mills, jr. and brother-in-law, Richard Foster. She will be remembered by her two sons, Erick (Aimee) Stevens and Chad (Jamie) Stevens; four grandchildren, Ryker, Jorja, Veeda and Dax; sister, Erin Foster as well as nieces, nephews, loving family members and friends. Debra was born in Jackson on September 28, 1949 to Rodney and Virginia (Linebaugh) Mills. She is a graduate of Northwest High School and Olivet College. She was employed with Eaton County Health Dept. for over 30 years. She was a people person and was always willing to help others. At one time she was an active member with the Eagles and the Lions Club. Debra loved to cook, butterflies and the color purple. She touched the hearts and lives of many. She will be greatly missed. A funeral Service will be held at Patience-Montgomery Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Charles Krueger officiating. The family will receive friends for visitation one hour prior to the service. A private burial will take place at Springport Cemetery.
