Of Munith, passed away at his home, on Friday, July 3, 2015 at the age of 65. He is survived by his three children, Brian, Kevin and Darcy Woods; two grandchildren, Jackson and Ava; mother of his children, Audrey (Worden) Woods; sister, Cheryl Hoskins; as well as nieces, nephews, loving family members, and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Donna Cannon and Beverly Ann. Daryl was born in Jackson on May 9, 1950 to Donald and Erma (Evers) Woods. He graduated from Northwest High School in 1969. He enjoyed his farming lifestyle, being outdoors, fishing and hunting. Cremation has been chosen and the family will receive friends for a memorial visitation at Chas. J. Burden & Son funeral home Thursday evening, July 9, 2015 from 6 to 8 p.m.
