Darcy J. Shannon

Our beloved daughter and friend, age 32, passed away November 26, 2014. She was born May 7, 1982. She was employed at Jackson Precison Inc. She is survived by her mother, Doris Shannon-Zoeller; stepfather, Timothy Zoeller; special aunt, Jessie Bradley; father, Mitchell Petersen; Grandma Bradley; her beloved dog, Chopper; uncle, John (Sue); aunt, Patty; aunt, Brenda (Craig); many other aunts and uncles; cousins: Dawn, Kendra, Jimmy, Michael, Marty, Kathleen, and many more. She had many-many friends; especially best friends, Jackie, Ashley, Marie, Sarah, Jill, and her mother’s special angel, Sara Taylor. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, William and Deloris Shannon, and Waltzmar and Phyllis Petersen; and aunt, Ann. Darcy lived her life her way and will always be remembered for her kindness, generosity to others, and the smile on her face. She will be sadly missed by all. A memorial service will be held at Cornerstone Christian Church, 2395 W. High St. Jackson on Saturday, December 13, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Michael Mason officiating.
