Bruce Frederick Seitz

Bruce Frederick Seitz passed away, Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at the age of 77. He was born on April 3, 1946 in Battle Creek, Michigan. Bruce was preceded in death by his parents, Berwin and Janice Seitz; his step-mother, Nan; his in-laws Pat and Kathleen Freymuth; brother Rocky Norment; his Aunt Beverly and Uncle Harold Garges; Aunt June and Uncle Vern Steffen; grandmother, Olive Harvey and cousin, Roy. Bruce is survived by his wife, Mary; brother, Mike (Mary) Seitz; two daughters, Dawn Garrison and Jan (Shannon) Chambers; six grandchildren, Melissa (Jason) Smith, Ryan Garrison, Samantha (Raymond) Olson, Brooke (Anthony) Rue, Nina Chambers, Shannon Chambers; four great-grandchildren, Joslyn and Raelynn Smith, Tre Olson, Logan Rue. He is also survived by brother-in-law, Vern (Debi) Freymuth; sister-in-law, Patty (Bob) Salvior; nieces, nephews, cousins and dear, special friends Sherry (Darrin) Tritten. Bruce loved family gatherings, especially bonfires and cookouts. A memorial service for Bruce will be held Wednesday, March 13, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Hillcrest Memorial Park Chapel, 1425 N. Elm Avenue, Jackson, Michigan 49202.
