Bonnie Wandalein Clark

Of Jackson, MI passed away on June 1, 2023 at the age of 83. Bonnie was born on June 10, 1939 in Middlesboro, KY to parents Roscoe and Fannie Hamlin. Bonnie was a founding member of Leoni Baptist Church, where she devoted her life. She enjoyed bingo, arts and crafts, and spending time with her family, especially her great-grandchildren. Bonnie is survived by her daughters Cozette Achtabowski and Suzette Rhines; grandchildren Amber Bockelman, Trenton Hodges (Brittany), DJ Wohlers, and Shelbie Hodges (Travis); 12 great-grandchildren; and brother Arlis Hamlin. She is preceded in death by her parents Roscoe and Fannie Hamlin; the love of her life Jim; and brothers Rolyan Hamlin and Donald Hamlin. A Celebration of Bonnie’s life will be held on Thursday June 8, 2023 at 3:00 PM at Burden & Patience-Montgomery Funeral Home with visitation from 1:00 PM until time of service. A special heartfelt thank you to Pastor Larry lee and Pastor Tom Duckham for officiating the funeral services. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Cozette Achtabowski to help with final expenses.
