Beulah "Nicki" M. White

Of Jackson, MI passed away on December 28, 2020 at the age of 89. Nicki was born in Ypsilanti, MI on August 28, 1931 to parents Carl and Beulah Manthei. She grew up in Michigan Center, MI with her beloved Grandma Pryor. While growing up, Nicki was an amazing tap dancer, dancing in theaters and vaudeville in southern Michigan. She married the love of her life Raymond White in Michigan Center on April 21, 1950. Nicki was a long-time member of the Michigan Center Bible Church. She was a bus driver for East Jackson Schools for over 30 years and enjoyed participating in the School Bus Rodeos, winning many events. After retirement, Nicki and Raymond traveled extensively throughout the U.S. She also enjoyed playing pool. Nicki is survived by her children David (Teresa) White, Dennis (Pauline) White, Brad (Cheryl) White, Jeff (Kim) White, and Wendy Brown; 14 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by the love of her life Raymond on September 20, 2011. Per her wishes, cremation has been chosen, and a graveside service will be held in the spring. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
