Joseph Donald “Don” Wall, 79, died peacefully in his home on December 10, 2024 in Irmo, South Carolina. Don was born September 12, 1945 in Charleston, South Carolina to Joseph Lanneau Walll and Mary Helen (Lassiter) Wall. He graduated St. Andrew’s High School and attended University of South Carolina.
He is survived by his wife, Jaqueline “Jackie” (Phillips) Wall and daughter, Cristy (Wall) Reynolds (Rowland Reynolds) and his granddaughters, Reagan and Kylie. He is predeceased by his son, Phillip Lanneau Wall.
Don was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. He was an artist who loved to work with his hands—from painting to building to crafting. He loved the outdoors and was an avid boater. He enjoyed spending time on the water with his family and friends. He will be remembered for his witty remarks and sense of humor.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Medical University of South Carolina Children’s Hospital.
