Betty Jo Beasley was born October 31, 1938 in Viola, Tennessee to the late Howard Lafayette Smith and Rubye Olene Johnson Smith. On November 6, 2024, our mother’s sweet soul ended her earthly journey and joined our dad for their eternal reward in Heaven after a 20-year battle with Parkinson’s Disease and complications from this disease.

Her compassionate spirit, hospitality, and knowing how to care for others is her legacy by which she will be cherished and remembered. She was a true servant of God and was loved by many.
