2021 opening meet at Belle Meade Hunt in GA , madi and Andrew came to experience something they had never experienced before. They were so in love and so excited to see what hunting was all about. Wonderful day riding in the wagon following the hunt!

To the Weir and Honeycut family, I just want to say that if yall need anything, I'm just a phone call away.  I knew Andrew since like the 3rd grade and this was some hard news to hear.  I'm truly sorry.

Having the privilege of coaching Andrew and Wesley in youth football was an honor. Andrew was so laid back and easy going it was quite a difference from Wesley. 
Andrew taught us how to have fun and enjoy the fellowship that football allows. 
Prayers for those left behind to remember such a wonderful young man. 

I took this photo of Andrew on Easter Sunday at Mac and Sara Ann’s house. He was so excited for that Easter egg hunt. 😊 Andrew loved the simple things in life which is what made him so special. He is one of my favorite people and I will miss him always. Love you, Andrew. ❤️

One of my oldest and dearest friends. I'm glad we stayed in touch for over 20 years. You will live on in memories and stories for a long time to come. Rest In Peace Andrew, we all love you. Until we meet again...

My absolute favorite memory of Andrew is when he and Madi FaceTimed me pretty much immediately following their engagement, they were still at the lake! The happiness, excitement, and love that was shared between the two of them radiated through the call. I will forever cherish the love, adoration, and respect that he had for Madi. 

To Andrew’s fiancé, the Wier family, and close  relatives

Saying goodbye to someone we love is heartbreaking. Words cannot express my sadness. May you find comfort in all the special memories shared with Andrew. 

Andrew and I have been friends since high school. He will always be that cute football player that ran by my living room window on his afternoon runs to stay in shape and be ready to kick some butt. The friend that you could always count on to be there for you at a drop of a hat. He did that for me more times then I can count and I did the same for him. He was the sweetest guy I know and went out of his way to be a listening ear and help others. If I was ever feeling down all I needed was a hug from Andrew because he wouldn’t give you one of those awkward side hugs. He would give you a full on, straight forward, pick you up and spin you around, kind of hug that just made everything better. His smile would light up a room even though he would always try to hide it during pictures. He had a heart of gold and touched so many peoples lives. Someone as special as Andrew will never be forgotten. He will remain in our hearts forever. 

Although no words can really help to ease the loss you bear, just know that you are very close in every thought and prayer. Andrew was welcomed with open arms by his father in heaven. I know they are soaring high with their wings and watching over all of us.

I remember working with Andrew at Carolina International & he was always such a sweet & well mannered young man & always had a smile on his face. He will be missed but God has him now in his arms. God bless to the family. Keep praying for strength.

I was fortunate to know Andrew as a boy—and it was such a joy to have him in my fourth grade classroom at H.E. Corley. He was friendly, accepting, positive, honest, and so enjoyable to be around. His gentle nature was evident in his ability to be universally liked; befriending others who needed a playmate. You’d notice him compromising easily to make competitive games more enjoyable, and encouraging others of all skill levels to grow. Andrew was a gift and I will always treasure his  positive influence on our class community. Such fond memories!

To Andrew's family (Fiancé included), I am so sorry for your loss. He was one of the kindness people anyone could ever know. He was the most grounded of friends among the group during the high school years. He would listen, help, or just sit there in silence if you needed it. His smile was conations and his thoughtfulness was unending. 

There is no grief without love or love without grief. The cycles of grief are more like waves. You're allowed to feel what you need to feel. 

Dearest Wier family and Andrew's fiancé, 

Prayers and condolences over the loss of Andrew. I will miss his smiling face and have fond memories of and his cousin hanging out at my house when they were kids. Remember

Death is nothing at all. It does not count. I have only slipped away into the next room. Nothing has happened. Everything remains exactly as it was. I am I, and you are you, and the old life that we lived so fondly together is untouched, unchanged. Whatever we were to each other, that we are still. Call me by the old familiar name. Speak of me in the easy way which you always used. Put no difference into your tone. Wear no forced air of solemnity or sorrow. Laugh as we always laughed at the little jokes that we enjoyed together. Play, smile, think of me, pray for me. Let my name be ever the household word that it always was. Let it be spoken without an effort, without the ghost of a shadow upon it. Life means all that it ever meant. It is the same as it ever was. There is absolute and unbroken continuity. What is this death but a negligible accident? Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight? I am but waiting for you, for an interval, somewhere very near, just around the corner. All is well.
