Funeral service will be at 1 pm Monday, February 23, 2015 at Dutton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Robb Stevenson, officiating. Services are under the direction of Dutton Funeral Home of Iowa Park, Texas.
Toby was born July 2, 1935 in Wichita Falls, Texas to Thelmer and Hazel Griffith Whitaker. He was a self- employed oil producer. He was a Baptist and lived in Iowa Park most of his life.
His parents and a brother, Gail Whitaker preceded him in death.
He is survived by his wife, Geneva Whitaker of Iowa Park, Texas; children, Cody Whitaker and wife, Donna of Pierre, SD, Melynda Weaver of Iowa Park, Texas and Janet Mata of Wichita Falls, Texas; sister, Dianne Fletcher of Oklahoma; brothers, Torchy Bob Whitaker of Iowa Park, Texas and Gary Whitaker of Wichita Falls, Texas; 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
