Phillip Stanley Britt, a lifelong member of Iowa Park, passed away on August 12, 2023 at the age of 87.
Phillip was born on November 21, 1935 in Wichita County to Herman B. Britt and Allie Bell Sadler Britt.
Phillip had a successful career as a welder and mechanical contractor for 35 years. He married Carol Ann Brown on August 4, 1959 in Wichita Falls, Texas. Their union lasted for 64 years.
Phillip is survived by his wife Carol Britt; daughter Bobby Britt; sons Stanley Britt and David Britt and wife Brandi; brother Gene Britt; grandchildren Cody Britt and Kirklynd Britt; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Phillip was preceded in death his parents Herman B. Britt and Allie Bell Sadler Britt; three brothers; and one sister.
Funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 17, 2023 at 10:00 AM in the chapel of Dutton Funeral Home.
