58, of Indianapolis departed this life March 8, 2016. He was born January 22, 1958 in Indianapolis to James P. and Ruth M. Craig Maley. He attended St. Philip Neri Catholic Church. Tim worked for the Marion County Assessor Office for 28 years, retiring in 2015. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother Kevin P. Maley. Tim is survived by his sisters Susan R. Donohue, Dianne (Mike) Maley-Shruba, Arlene (Steve) Crooke, nieces and nephews Ryan and Joseph Donohue, Nathan and Rachel Shruba, Kevin, Molly and Meghan McGinley and 10 great nieces and nephews. Visitation for Tim will be Thursday, March 10 from 3– 8 pm at Feeney-Hornak Shadeland Mortuary. Funeral services will be Friday March 11 at 10:30 at the mortuary, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church.
