Sue Ann Waddell

She was a graduate of Howe High School where she was an active member of the Cherubz, all friends she treasured throughout her adulthood. She attended Franklin College, and then she worked for MIBOR and Indiana Farm Bureau, where she met her husband, Gary. They shared a mutual love of auto racing, especially the Indianapolis 500. In her later years, Susy volunteered at CASA as a child advocate.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Elizabeth Scheerer, her brother Bill Scheerer, and her husband Gary. She is survived by her two daughters Susannah Hausz (Tommy) and Jill Waddell, as well as her fur babies Lucy and Lotus.

A visitation is scheduled for April 7 from 4 to 8 p.m. followed by a graveside service at noon on April 8, both being at Crown Hill Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to a favorite charity in honor of Susy.
