Dear Precious  Ron, There are no words to express the emptiness I feel inside. You were such a light unto my life. We just had a good time grabbing something to eat, going  to Cali’s classes. I appreciated You taking Me to the Eye Specialist appointment. Before your cataract procedures We had taken my car to eat. I have the safe auto beacon in my car to track my driving, it became a joke between us when You’d make a quick turn as I held my  breath- then I’d say “ That just cost me $10  bucks!” We would laugh so hard! We were texting every day. You loved going to your beach 🏖 Then We would have dinner here on the couch & watch Andy Griffith & Calimae would sit at your feet hoping for a little treat, you would always slip her one!! I treasured Your Friendship Ron, all the funny names We had for each other! I enjoyed going to the track & watching Your Family race that was an awesome day.! You were the best Friend I could have ever asked for. I don’t really know what I will do without You here because You were the only one I hung out with. I know You will live on within my heart, I will treasure every memory, all the times we prayed together, laughed together & cried together. You we’re a blessing to everyone who knew You !  Such a sweet  smile always on your face. Texting me from your chair sharing how you were  enjoying the pretty sunset.  🌅  You liked watching the cars come & go. When  I’d lock my car but always remembering You would tell me, “All your doors lock when you hit the  button ,You don’t have to hear the horn honk !” But yet I continued to do it & say that’s for You buddy! I will continue to do it & think of You with every honk. Thank You for being a part of my Life & Calimae’s too. She loved You so much.  I am so heartbroken , I pray God comforts Your Beloved Family & Grandchildren. Heaven is where You are & I can only imagine the glory that surrounds You. My Best Buddy I love & miss You. I will never forget what You meant to Us.. Cathy & Cali  🌷💕🐶

An otherwise gentle calm person who upon discovering there were 'squatters' on his inherited family land in southeast Kentucky, purposed going in to evict them with 'guns ablazing'. Lol. He didn't do that, of course.  May have watched too many Hatfield/McCoy movies. He was a wonderful person & a lesson to us all on spirituality & physical perseverance.
