71, of Indianapolis, passed away on December 2, 2015, this was the 48th wedding anniversary to his beautiful bride. Richard loved spending time with his family and was a good provider. He also enjoyed watching his grandchildren play sports and always took wonderful care of his wife Janet. He was an X-Ray Tech for many years and served in the Army reserves for 6 years.
Richard is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Janet Bumgarner, daughter; Sheri (Greg) Luedeman, son; Tony (Janet) Bumgarner, grandchildren; Connor, Jacob, Nicholas,Emma, Jennifer (Ben) Kunkel, Brandi Finney,Diane (Larry) Robertson and great grandchildren; Luke, Levi, Jacob, Joel, Caleb,Evie, Kora, Colin, Haley, Larry, Riley, Henry and Lilly.
A Memorial Gathering will be held on Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at University Heights Baptist Church (2200 E. Hanna Ave.) from 4-8pm with a Celebration of Life Service on Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at 10:00am in the church.
