Perry Eugene Jones

Perry was born in Indianapolis, IN to Eugene and Elizabeth Jones(Barlow) on July 24,1936. He went to school at Crispus Attucks High School Indianapolis. He married Katherine Taylor on September 03 1960, in Fort Gordon Ga. Perry worked as a Maintenance Technician for Detroit Diesel Allison for many years. He was a veteran of Vietnam War and served in the U.S. Army, He was awarded medals for Good Conduct and Marksman for rifle and Anti Aircraft Artillery. Later in life, Perry was involved in St. Nicholas Youth Center as an Administrator.

Perry is preceded in death by his parents Eugene and Elizabeth Jones and his twin brothers Terry and Dennis , half brother George Harold.

Perry is survived by his wife Katherine Jones(Taylor),children; Suzanne Terri Jones Brooks (Jerry), Paul Dennis Jones (Shavon) and Tiffany Noelle Jones. Grandchildren Pv2. Nickalous Jones (U.S.Army), Tyra Elizabeth Jones, Kristen Gale, Christopher Gale, John Lair and Ke Aaron Roberts.

Funeral services will be held Noon, Friday April 23, 2021 at Crown Hill Mortuary with the Rev. Loral Tansy, officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Arrangements are by Crown Hill Mortuary.

Memorials may be given to Perfect Paws Pet Rescue.
