81, of Indianapolis, died August 3, 2012. She was born December 11, 1930 in Indianapolis, to Paul and Margaret McCarthy Gallagher. She worked at Western Electric and was a teacher at Little Flower Catholic School. She was a member of Little Flower Catholic Church, Adventuresome Group at the church, Out to Lunch Bunch and Holy Spirit Quilters Guild. She is the widow of Cosby Chumbley. Patricia is survived by her daughter Sheila (Tom) Hanlin, grandchildren Mary Pat, Christopher, Cory. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday August 7 at 10:30 am at Little Flower Catholic Church with visitation from 9:30 until service time. Patricia had a great love for her family and grandchildren. She enjoyed quilting and was a skilled quilter. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Patricia’s name may be made to Little Flower Catholic School. Services entrusted to Feeney-Hornak Shadeland Mortuary.
