My dear sister Pam; I’m missing you so much! Can’t say there’s been a week that I haven’t thought of you. I think about the things we’d talk about, your text messages, your asking me for advice or what I thought about a specific topic. Yeah you are missed! I can’t eat anything lemon flavored and not hear your voice saying “I love anything lemon!” Guess what? Me too. 
The Lord is in control as you always said and would say “let go and let God.”

On my dear sister Pam, I’m sitting here on my patio thinking of you and my life with you these past 63yrs and wonder how things will be without you apart of the next years of my life. I miss you so much and wonder what could have been different, what was need from us and what can we do without you? My heart hurts as it did when we lost mom and dad. 
I know you were never ours entirely but you belong to The Lord and when HE called you answered. We couldn’t give you what you deserved as a home going celebration but what we provided was beautiful as you are and I know you would have approved. As your best friend forever Nettie said, she thought you would be doing yesterday’s service for her,  instead of her doing it for you. I thought you and the sisters would have been doing it for me, instead of us doing it for you. I miss you so much and it’s my earthly side that aches knowing i won’t see you again here. Laughing, smiling, enjoying the gatherings we had as family, as siblings. 
You meant so much to me. Getting me into cars (Camaro’s) at an early age, roughing and toughing me up for adolescence. So many things you did for me encouraged me and help make me the man I am today. I thank you for that! Our last road trip to
Paducah, KY to aunt Martha’s funeral and before that just you and me to Cleveland to uncle Franks service. It was fun though under unfortunate circumstances. 

I love you Pam and as I told the family this morning I’ll always and continue to pray for you even though I know you’re safe in His Arms. You let go and let God. You allowed Him to have his way with you. 
As much as you love Joanne, Sandra, Dalana and me, your sons and so many others, I know If given that chance to come back you wouldn’t. You left us and we knew you were ready to go. What was the Dixon Five is now four and we’ll continue to love you forever more.

To my cousins Ali & Sidney. There is no pain no deeper than that of losing  a mother.  Please know that my heart is with you in your time of sorrow & I’ll always be here for you both if you need anything. You two were the joy of her life & she loved you both so much. To my cousins Joanne, Sandra, Joey & Dalana I am so sorry for your loss. Pam was a sweetheart & I loved her dearly. I have fond memories of her from many family gatherings.  She will be greatly missed by all our family.  May all your warm beautiful memories of Pam stay with you all forever.

Pamela was a cousin who I loved very much. I'll miss her, but she will always remain in my memories as the beautiful, strong and smart women that I watched grow up. Alfred and Sidney, always remember how much your Mother loved you.

Pam was a childhood friend. We grew up together at Phillips Temple and continued serving in ministry with the Graham Martin scholarship. She, Joanne and Sandra were known as the Dixon girls. When Joey was born she and her sisters were so excited to have a little brother.  The last time I saw her she told me the "Josephine" story. So funny! I will miss her enthusiasm and joy. I was blessed to have known her. To Al, Sydney and her siblings please know that you are being lifted in prayer now and in the difficult days ahead. Continue to trust God as your source of comfort and strength.❤

Pam was a beautiful soul and she love her boys. She taught many people and helped them to achieve their goals. She will be missed. Praying for family in the days ahead. Linda Murphy

Mrs. Davis was a huge part of my life growing up. Sidney was definitely one of my brothers from another mother, and I was blessed to have had the times I had with her. She shared her home and family with me, and was a friend of my mother's as well. She is loved, appreciated, and will be missed. Praying for God's comfort over the family. Love you guys. 

Al, my brother informed me of your loss this morning. My prayers and thoughts are with you. I was ironically talking about how you were such a good guy a couple of days ago.
