MR. OLLIE J. JOHNSON IV, son of the late Ollie J. Johnson III and Dyrica Johnson was born on November 13, 1975 in Indianapolis, Indiana. He grew up under a military background with his father serving in the United States Army and was able to experience other parts of the world as a young child due to his family living in Germany on behalf of his father’s military orders. Ollie went by the name of “Jason” and was well known by many.
At the age of 22, Jason went on to join the United States Marine Corps where he served his country on active duty. He was a sweet loving child as well as an adult who loved his family and enjoyed his life to the fullest. To know him was to love him and he met no strangers. He was not married, nor did he have any offspring.
Christmas seemed to be Jason’s favorite time of year where he would enjoy seeing and spending time with his family members and having good times. Often, he would enjoy striking a tune to one of his favorite songs and would put a smile on the faces of anyone who witnessed him singing. Many would say he could entertain anyone and leave a room filled with love and laughter.
He is survived by his Mother Dyrica Johnson, Sister Tyrica Johnson, Brother JohPaul Johnson, Grandmother Daisy Louise Johnson, as well as a host of aunts, cousins, and friends on his mothers and fathers side of the family.
Jason was preceded in death by his father Ollie Jerome Johnson III, and his uncle Michael Keith Johnson.
