Nicholas Andrew King

Nicholas Andrew King, known to many as Cole, passed away on February 15th, 2025 at the age of 20. He was born in Berdyansk, Ukraine on December 16th, 2004. Cole was adopted by loving parents Sally and Andrew King on June 1st, 2007 when he was two and a half. Cole was always incredibly extroverted and spent his childhood and teenage years acting, fencing, playing chess, and playing the clarinet. He enjoyed going to Colts games, seeing live music, and going to family parties in Brown County. He graduated from Ben Davis High School in the spring of 2023 and attended the University of Indianapolis in the spring of 2024 on a full scholarship.

Cole is survived by; parents Andrew and Sally King, sister Emily King, grandfather James Fields, grandparents Ross and Elizabeth King, aunt Tracy (Michael) Lorian, uncles Jody Brown, Jammy (Bailey) Straub, Greg (Marissa) King, and Brian (JoEllen) King. Seven cousins also survive him.

He is preceded in death by his grandmother Sandra Fields.

A public viewing will be held on the evening of February 28th, 2025 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Family Funeral Care, 5791 Rockville Rd., Indianapolis, Indiana 46224.

Additional viewing will be held on March 1st, 2025 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, with the service beginning at 1:00 pm at Family Funeral Care.
