91, of Indianapolis, passed away February 1, 2013 surrounded by her loving family. She was an inspector at Link Belt-Rexnord for 21 years. She is survived by her children: Shirley Smith, Joan Graham, Marjorie Chance and Phyllis Dearing and 3 generations of grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband: Lester Tate, a sister and 4 brothers. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 5, from 2 – 8 PM at Family Funeral Care.
