Mr. Jerry T. "Jake" Hubbard, 62, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on the night of February 5, 2018. He had been an Electrician at Ford Motor Company.Mr. Hubbard leaves to cherish his memory, sons, Jamil L. Hubbard (Brandi) and Jerry Thomas Wooden: siblings: Dennis Hubbard and Janet Hubbard; 8 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends. The visitation is Saturday, February 17, 2018, 10am - 12pm with the service at 12pm in Williams & Bluitt Funeral Home, Peoples Chapel. The interment is in Floral Park Cemetery.
