66, Indianapolis - passed in West Lafayette, Indiana Friday, January 2, 2015 at the Indiana Veterans Home. He was born in Crawfordsville, Indiana on May 5, 1948 to the late Thomas W. and Dorothy (Lawson) Gentry.
Michael was a US Army veteran, serving in Vietnam.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Cheryl Combs and Kaylene Combs.
Left to cherish his memory are his son, Michael Gentry Jr.; daughter, Jennifer Valdez; brothers, Robert Gentry, James Gentry, and Ronald Gentry; grandchildren, Sierra Valdez and Alexia Valdez.
A memorial gathering will be held Tuesday, January 6th from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at Little & Sons Funeral Home, Colonial Chapel, 4901 E. Stop 11 Road, Indianapolis, IN 46237.
