51, of Indianapolis, passed away December 31, 2011. He was born April 13, 1960 in Beech Grove, Indiana. He worked as a Journeyman Electrician for IBEW Local # 481 for over 25 years. Michael is survived by his former wife, Marcia K. Denny, children, Michael P. Denny Jr. and Megan K. Denny, father, Robert (Sally) Denny, brothers and sister, Robert J., William F., Catherine M., John A., Thomas J. and Charles R. Denny. He was preceded in death by his mother, Irene Yager Denny. Visitation will be Saturday, January 7, 2012, from 10 – 11 am at Feeney-Hornak Shadeland Mortuary followed by a Memorial Service at 11 am. Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery.
