Michael Scott Akers, 51, of Avon, Indiana passed away on Friday, November 4, 2022. Michael was born on January 13, 1971 in Indianapolis, Indiana the son of Gerald Lee and Judy Ann Akers.
Michael was a truck driver for many years before medically retiring.
Michael is survived by his wife: Christine Akers, parents: Gerald Lee and Judy Ann Akers, step-sons: Jeremy (Sara) Montgomery and Paul Montgomery, sister: Angela (Roger) Gold, brother: Rodney Akers and nieces: Ashley Henke, Kaylee Akers, Cierra (Jeffrey) Wright, nephews: Shayne Akers, Zachery Gold, great nieces Shayla and Aubrey and great nephews Gaven and Samuel. . He is preceded in death by a step-son: Michael Montgomery.
