Mark Alan Young

Mark Alan Young, age 65, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, September 5, 2023 after a brief illness. He was born in Indianapolis the son of Maurice and Garnet (Henson) Young. He was a Carpenter and loved to fish and play the guitar. He was an accomplished artist and loved to paint. He was also a private pilot. . Mark was an outgoing, fun and, creative person. He has influenced many lives and will be dearly missed by his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father.

Mark is survived by his mother, Garnet Young; his children, Bailee (Kyle McGlaun), Travis (Anna); his grandchildren, Julian, Hailey, Violet, Charley and Declan; his great-grandson, Theo; his brother Mauri (Debra) and his significant other and best friend, Cindy Lou.

A visitation for Mark will be held Tuesday, September 12, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Little & Sons Funeral Home, 4901 E Stop Eleven Road, Indianapolis, Indiana 46237. A celebration of Life will occur Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Little & Sons Funeral Home.

Mark will be laid to rest in Acton Cemetery, Acton, Indiana.
