Mark D. Ellison, age 63, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, September 15, 2020. Mark was born October 16, 1956. He was preceded in death by his parents, Matthew Ellison, Sr. and Arvetta Shelby Ellison; son, Marcus Damon Ellison, Sr.; brothers, Matthew Ellison, Jr., Matthew Herman "Junie" Ellison; and sisters, Dona "Cookie" Gunn and Jennifer Clark.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Tynja Ellison; daughter, Tiffany Dowdell; brothers, Jimmie (Carolyn) Ellison and Damon Ellison; sisters, Kimberly Calhoun (Stephen) and Kelly Ellison; 6 grandchildren; and a host of other extended relatives, Christian Community Church family and many friends.
Service for Mark will be held, 12:00 pm, Friday, September 25, 2020, at St. John's Missionary Baptist Church, 1651 Dr. Andrew J Brown Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana, with visitation from 10:00 am until time of service at 12:00 pm, all taking place at the church.
