She was a member of Universal Ministries Worldwide Assembly Church for 57 years.
Her mother, Betty Ann Phillips,son, Darrell Douglas Phillips, daughter, LaShelle Renee Douglas Smith preceded her death.
She leaves to cherish her memory, son, Antonio Toliver, father, Curtis Phillips brothers, Hubert Canady, Marvin Carter, Lawrence Carter, Norman Phillips, Aaron Leon Phillips, 11 grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends.
Her family hour will take place on Saturday, December 13, 2014, 10am- 12pm, with the Homegoing Celebration commencing at 12pm at Universal Ministries Worldwide Assembly Church.
