IN THE CARE OF
Leppert Mortuaries - Nora
Macy was a very special person, with a big, beautiful smile that lit up every room she walked into. She had a way of making you feel like a lifelong friend, even if you just met.
She enjoyed reading about astrology and shared a special bond with her mother, in that they were both Cancers. Their birthdays were just two days apart, and they often celebrated together.
Macy was very high-energy, had an incredible work ethic, and truly loved her work. She was the employee that every employer wishes to have.
Beyond work, Macy loved going to concerts and amusement parks. She also attended Camp Tecumseh for five years, and was well traveled for her young age. She visited more than ten states - some of them multiple times - along with the Bahamas, Mexico, and Turks & Caicos. She was looking forward to visiting Hawaii in October for Fall Break. She loved being in the sun.
Macy was also a fierce competitor. If a group of family or friends were together, she made sure there were board games and card games to play.
She loved playing softball and played competitively for 7 years making many lifelong friends. She also spent 12 years dancing with Dance Creations.
More than anything, Macy enjoyed simply hanging out with her friends - and she had many. Her friends became like family, not just to Macy, but to the rest of the Miller family as well.
In her 18 years, Macy enriched the lives of everyone who came into contact with her. She was a strong, brave, independent girl with a big, loving heart.
Macy was deeply loved by so many people. We will miss her always.
