Obituary of Linda Ann Lawrence
Linda Ann Lawrence, age 74, passed away February 23, 2022. She was born in Indianapolis, IN on October 3, 1947, to Beverly Jeske Lyons and Robert Lyons. She graduated from Scecina Memorial High School in 1965. Linda is survived by her husband of 52 years Jon Lawrence, son Jason Lawrence and daughter Katie (Steven) Hogg. She has four grandchildren, Liam Lawrence, age 9, Brooks Hogg, age 7, Maddux Hogg, age 5 and Reece Hogg, age 1. She is also survived by her five siblings, Scott Lyons (Ann), Kathy Lyons, John Lyons (Beth), Karen Speziale (Lennie), Beverly Masengale (Tom), and several nieces and nephews. Linda enjoyed vacations with family and friends, concerts at Conner Prairie, St. Patrick’s Day festivities, being with her children and grandchildren, and get-togethers with family and friends. Linda was loved by all. She was a caring, compassionate person with unbelievable inner strength. She was always optimistic, looking for the positive in any circumstance that came her way. Although she faced many health challenges throughout her adult life, she never complained and chose to live her life with hope and courage. She was known for her infectious laugh, which would light up the room and bring joy to those around her. She demonstrated her love with quiet acts of kindness, helping those in need in any way she could. Linda will be greatly missed by all who loved her. A memorial visitation for Linda will be held Wednesday, March 2, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Feeney-Hornak Keystone Mortuary, 2126 E. 71st St, Indianapolis, Indiana 46220. A memorial mass will occur Thursday, March 3, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Holy Spirit at Geist, 10350 Glaser Way, Fishers, IN 46037. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Linda's memory may be made to Pink Ribbon Connection, www.pinkribbonconnection.org.
