Linda Ann Boyd-VanCleave,64, of Indianapolis, passed away on February 28, 2018.
Linda was born July 15, 1953 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Vesta Lyvonnie Boyd. Linda attended Crispus Attucks High School. She spent a great deal of her years working in the dry cleaning industry, but also worked in security, and bus driving. Linda dreamed of one day owning her own dry cleaners. Linda loved to cook and to laugh, and was a woman of prayer, spending many years as an intercessor. In Linda's earlier years she played the organ for a church and worked in the nursery. Linda is survived by her Schonda L. Boyd-Davis (Nathan), James Harvey Boyd; grandchildren: Brandon C. Davis and Elijah T. Boyd; and the cousins she was raised with that were like sisters and brothers to her.
Note to mom:
Thank you for always being one of my fiercest and strongest supporters. You always told me how proud you were of me. You lifted me up in prayer throughout my life and I know that those prayers carried me when I did not think that my legs could carry me and the weight that was upon me. Thank you. Love always, Schonda.
