Larry Wayne Biggs, 70, of Indianapolis, passed away Thursday, Oct. 22, 2015. Born April 8, 1945, in Beech Grove, he was the son of William L. and Thelma (Terhune) Biggs.
Larry was a Merit Officer with the Marion County Sheriff's Department for 14 years, to 1981. He returned as a civil deputy in 2001 and retired in 2008. Surviving are two daughters, Kami Shidler and Lora Fortenberry; his mother, Thelma Biggs; a sister, Linda Kirsch; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father; a son, Brian Biggs; and the mother of his daughters, Sandra Jean (Talbot) Biggs. Visitation will be from 2 - 6 PM on Sunday, October 25th at Feeney-Hornak Keystone Mortuary. Service will be held Monday, October 26, at 11:00 am in the Mortuary,
