Kenneth Lee Schwenker Sr.

Ken Schwenker Sr., born May 16, 1940 to Charles and Louise Herm Schwenker in Louisville, Kentucky went home to be with the Lord and Savior December 22, 2021 in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Charles Ray and sister, Carolyn Wolfe. Ken was a loving, hardworking and funny husband, father, pawpaw, brother, uncle and friend. He had also proudly served his country in the United States Army. Ken is survived by his wife of 57 years, Juanita Jackman Schwenker; daughters, Patti (Lester) Boyce, Jennifer Schwenker; son, Ken Schwenker Jr. (Hooi nee/Winnie); grandchildren, Sheena Boyce (Andrew Duncan), Ashlee (Will) Myers, Scott Boyce, Hayden Schwenker, Kelsee Boyce; great grandson, Andrew Clark; sister, Kathleen (Jerry Sr.) Cooksey; special nephew, Jim Bennett (Debra); neighbors who have become family, Joel, Robynn and Sophie; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation for Ken will begin at 11:00 am on Saturday, January 15th at Leppert Mortuary - Nora Chapel followed by a Celebration of Life service at 12:00 pm. Please dress comfortably for Ken.
