34, of Indianapolis, passed away on June 1, 2017. Keith was a quiet and loving man. He enjoyed playing video games, working outside, playing with his cats and spending time with his nieces. Keith will be dearly missed by his mother, Teresa; his sister, Sara (James) Blankenship; his grandmother, Viola Higgins; his nieces, Cassidy Higgins and Savanna Blankenship; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Mark Higgins. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 7, 2017 from 4 to 8pm with services on Thursday, June 8, 2017 at 10am at Little and Sons Stop 11 Chapel.
