73 went to her heavenly home on September 7, 2016. She was born January 1 1943 in Columbus, Ohio. She lived in the Indianapolis area for over 45 years. She was a devoted wife and mother of 3. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Rodney Neal, 3 children Terry Neal of Indianapolis, David Neal of Florida and Crystal (Nick) Bazan of Indianapolis, step daughter Susan Payne of Tennessee. She was a loving “Nana” to her two grandkids. Bella and Dawson Bazan and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her mother Johnny Hudson and her brother Clayton Proctor.
