She now celebrates in heaven with Jesus and the love of her life, her beloved husband, Eugene Scott, who passed away in 1979. Their reunion in heaven brings comfort to those who loved her on earth.

Juanita was also blessed with sisters: Betty, Ruth, Marcie, Linda, and Tanya along with brothers Joey and Bobby.
Throughout her life and especially during her illness, Juanita was lovingly cared for by her daughter, Tina, whose devotion was unwavering. Their bond which was built on love, support, and shared memories, remained strong until Juanita's final moments. Tina’s constant care was a reflection of the deep connection they shared, one that was cherished by both mother and daughter.
A mother and grandmother beyond compare, Juanita cherished her family more than anything in life. She savored every moment spent with them, and no special day went unnoticed—every birthday and holiday was marked by a loving text to her grandchildren, a small but significant gesture of her never-ending affection.
Juanita worked for over 25 years at The Oaks in Brownsburg, where she was affectionately called "Lil Bit" by her co-workers and the residents she so deeply cared for. Her kind and forgiving heart was a blessing to all who knew her.
Weekends and vacations spent with her daughter Tina and granddaughters Amanda, Marianne, Tania, Tiffany, and Tabitha in the Smoky Mountains were among Juanita's fondest memories. She found peace and happiness in the company of her family, always making time for them despite life’s challenges.
Her life was a testament to kindness, compassion, and deep love for her husband, her family, and her Lord. She is now celebrating in heaven, reunited with those she missed dearly, leaving behind a legacy of love that will never be forgotten.
As per Juanita's wishes, a small private celebration of life will be held by her family, whom she loved deeply.
